According to Nawazuddin Siddiqui  he himself think is an actor nothing but just actor. this line was said by nawaz  so many times in so many interviews. In his early interviews he told his fans that he had no other carrier option expect acting.  Nawaz used to go to watch ramlela in his good old days .Nawaz got so inspired by all the characters playing ramlela that he decided that he will become an actor one day. and Zidi nawz did so. Siddiqui was born on May 19, 1974 in the small village and Tahasil Budhna in Muzaffarnagar district in western part of Uttar Pradesh state of India. He was born into a predominantly Muslim family. He is the eldest of his eight siblings. He obtained the degree of science graduate from Gurukul Kangri University of Haridwar. After this, before moving to Delhi, he had worked as a Chemist for a year in Vadodara. Once in Delhi, after watching a play, he got an interest in acting, and when he got admitted to the National School of Drama in Delhi, after filing, he had made about 10 plays with his friends.

NSD After graduating, Nawaz entered the National School of Drama and then went to Mumbai. 2004 year, proved to be the most struggling year of his life, at this time he was also unable to pay rent. To stay, he also asked his senior N.S.D. and senior also gave him his apartment to stay in Goregaon, but there was a one condition  that he had to cook for his senior every day.

Siddiqui had his Bollywood debut in 1999, he did a small role in Aamir Khan’s film Sarfarosh. After that, he played the role of a messenger in the film Jungle, but after that he only started getting the role of guest role. After this he worked in Munnabhai MBBS with Sunil Dutt and Sanjay Dutt.

After some time when he established himself in Mumbai, he started searching for work in television, but he didn’t get success. After this, in 2003, he bypassed a short film, in which he worked with Irrfan Khan. Apart from this, between 2002 and 2005, they were away from almost all the films and they started living in the flat with their four colleagues, and at this time they used to live up to their role by playing a small role in the plays.

After this, in Anurag Kashyap’s film Black Friday (2007), he played a powerful role. The film was included in the Berlin International Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Festival .he played role of a Wedding Singer Chakku, also played in Prashant Bhargava’s Kite. According to famous film critic Roger Ebert, this film changed his acting style. In 2009, he had a cameo role in the film Dev D.’s song “Emotional Atrocities”. This role was played as Rangeela and Lushila. After this, critics’ eyes were spotted in New York. But he got the role of journalist’s  in his international identity Aamir Khan’s production film Pepli Live (2010).

In 2015, Siddiqui’s film, Bajrangi Bhaiyan and Manjhi – The Mountain Man were released, and in both of these films, audiences and critics praised her performance. After this, Siddi appeared in a film based in Gujarat, Harramkhor. For his performance in Harramkhor, he also got the Best Actor Award at the New York Indian Film Festival.

And his roles in his latest film manto and Thackeray which are inspired by real human being .both the films are well appreciated by  audience as well as bollywood industry .
