Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan on Thursday said that 16% of the total adult population of the country has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

He added that 54% of the total adult population of the country has received at least one COVID-19 vaccine shot. Sikkim has administered second dose to 36% of their population.
