Chandigarh – The Chandigarh Administration has issued an order today under Diaster Management Act.
Wearing of facemasks will be mandatory in public places and crowded places like cinema halls , shopping malls , departmental stores , educational institutions , library , coaching centres. The orders also imply while travelling in public transport like buses , cabs , auto – rickshaw. Any violation in this regard will be punishable by imposing a fine of Rs. 500.
