Chandigarh – Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa asks CM Bhagwant Mann not to further delay in delivering justice on both Behbal Kalan and Kotkapura police firing incidents. Writing a post on his twitter account, Bajwa says it has been nearly seven years passed after the incidents but justice is yet not delivered to the victims.
