Chandigarh – The oath taking ceremony of 9 nominated councillors will be taking an oath of affairmation on October 28 October at 11am in the assembly hall of the Municipal Corporation. The Deputy Commisioner of Chandigarh Vinay Partap Singh shall administer the oath affairmation of the newly nominated members of the Municipal Council Chandigarh.
Each member shall have the option of taking oath in Hindi or Punjabi or English or any other language recognised by constitution of India.
