The Punjab Government is organizing an online essay writing competition for the students of government schools in the district dedicated to the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur, in which the students are enthusiastically participating.

Disclosing this here today District Education Officer Mrs. Prabhsimran Kaur said that online competitions were conducted for the students of Government Senior Secondary School Shamspur. In which different sixth to tenth class students participated with great enthusiasm.

The District Education Officer said that this initiative of the government is very commendable at a time when many evils are flourishing in our society as following the teachings of Guru Ji will give a healthy life to our children.
