Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project is ‘Beju Paagal’. The film is a remake of the 1952 film Baiji Paagal. Bharat Bhushan and Meena Kumari played the lead roles in Baiju Paagal. It is learned that Bhansali has approached Deepika Padukone for the film ‘Beju Paagal’. This role is played by Dakit Queen Rupmati. Earlier in the film Baiju Paagal, Kuldeep Kaur played the role of Dakit Queen Rupmati. It is learned that Bhansali and Deepika have had a discussion on the project.
