Fugitive diamantaire and PNB scam accused Mehul Choksi, who was arrested in Dominica, “can be deported only to Antigua”, his counsel Vijay Aggarwal said.

He added, “As per the Indian Citizenship Act…the moment Mehul Choksi acquired…citizenship of Antigua, he ceased to be a citizen of India.” Earlier, Antigua and Barbuda PM Gaston Browne told Dominica to repatriate Choksi to India.
