Chandigarh: The father of gangster Jaipal Bhullar, who was killed in a police encounter in Kolkata, has been dealt a major blow by the High Court. The court rejected Jaipal’s father’s request for an autopsy. The High Court said the family could go to the place where the action took place and appeal. This is beyond our jurisdiction.

It may be mentioned that the body of Jaipal Bhullar has not been cremated yet. Bhullar’s father says he will not cremate his son until the body is autopsied again. Jaipal Bhullar’s father alleges that his son was badly tortured by the police. The father has alleged fake encounters in the demand.
