Calcutta High Court reserved its judgement on West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s plea seeking recusal of the judge assigned to hear her petition on the Nandigram poll result.

In her plea, Banerjee suggested that the judge was associated with BJP. She wrote to the HC on June 18, urging that her petition be re-assigned to a different judge.
