New Delhi: Restrictions have been removed amidst the decreasing cases of epidemic in Delhi. The fine for being caught without a face mask was already reduced from 2,000 to 500. Now it will not be mandatory for private car riders to wear masks.

This rule will applicable only to people traveling in private cars. The mandatory requirement of wearing a mask when traveling in a private car in Delhi has been done away with. This order of the Delhi Government will be applicable from February 28.
