Chandigarh: The Sports Department, Punjab, has put on hold the auction of the waste material of the Sports Department till further orders. Earlier, the auction was scheduled for March 23rd.
An official spokesperson said that the office of the Sports Department/Punjab State Sports Council has shifted to Hockey stadium, Sector- 3, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). The waste material lying in the old office premises at S.C.O. No. 116-117, Sector-34 A, Chandigarh, was slated to go under the hammer on March 23rd 2022 and an advertisement was also issued regarding the same. But the auction has been put on hold till further orders.
