New Delhi/Chandigarh: Congress disciplinary committee head AK Antony recommended Sonia Gandhi to suspend former Punjab Pradesh Congress President Sunil Jakhar and EX Union Food Minister KV Thomas for two years from the Congress party for anti party activities.
