Delhi – Interpol has issued Red corner notice against Goldy Brar, a fugitive gangster.
Satinderjeet Singh alias Goldy Brar had taken responsibility of Moosewala murder immediately after by uploading a post on social media . According to officials, the Central Bureau of Investigation has forwarded a request to Inderpol in this regard and after 8 days, the interpol agency has come up with issuing the Red Corner notice.
According to an information, the Punjab Police claims that it has made a request to CBI for Red corner notice against Goldy Brar around 10 days before the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala. This suggests the RCN is issued in some other case.
Meanwhile , officials said the process of Goldy Brar extradition would be initiated soon. The CBI liaison officer will coordinate with interpol and a proposal would be moved through Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of External Affairs for extradition, he said.
Satinderjeet Singh alias Goldy Brar is a resident of Muktsar Sahib and had gone to Canada on student visa in 2017 and he is an active member of Lawrance Bishnoi gang operating from Canada, the police said.
