Chandigarh – Advocate General Punjab is attacked by stone pelting at glass of the window as he was travelling back to Chandigarh from Delhi in train.
According to the information, AG Punjab Anmol Rattan Sidhu was travelling in Shatabdi train when the incident happened yesterday evening. A video got viral after the incident. The haryana police reached in bogie of the train and recorded statement of Advocate General Punjab.
When talked with AG Anmol Rattan Sidhu, he said he has informed DGP Punjab regarding this incident and he further has talked to his counterpart in this regard at once. He said it is to be investigated whether it was by chance happening or some miscreants intentionally threw stone or some other objects on the windowpane.
The latest information coming in this incident, GRPF has registered FIR under section 152 in Panipat Police Station in this regard.
