Victim referred to Faridkot; residents demand stronger civic response
An elderly woman was seriously injured after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs in Moga’s Inder Singh Gill Nagar on August 31. She was initially taken to the Civil Hospital in Moga and later referred to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital in Faridkot for further treatment. Local residents have demanded stronger action from civic authorities, saying stray-dog attacks have become a recurring safety concern. The incident was reported as the third serious dog attack in Moga in recent times.
