Delhi, chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal released a “guarantee card” ahead 8 state assembly polls on Sunday, of the February promising that the Govt’s flagship schemes – electricity, bus riders and free water – will continue if AAP is re-elected. Kejriwal made at least eight new commitments, including deploying mohalla marshals in residential areas, reducing pollution to a third and making bus rides free for students.
