Chandigarh: Punjab Police have registered an FIR against Mohammad Mustafa who is the former DGP of Punjab & Advisor to Punjab Congress Party’s President Navjot Sidhu. Mohammad Mustafa is husband of Razia Sultana who is the congress candidate from Malerkotla.
