Amir Khan as Ameer Ali, a prominent thug of ethic Afghan origin, orphaned as a child and raised by thugs.

It was rumored that amir khan was not convinced with katrina’s work in a few scenes involving action sequences and asked her to reshoot those portions but Yash Raj Films later denied this.
