Amritsar: IAS officer of 2013 batch Harpreet Singh Soodan assumed charge as a 175th Deputy Commissioner of Amritsar. Before assuming charge in Amritsar, Harpreet Singh Soodan was appointed as a DC of Sri Muktsar Sahib.
