Oscar Award is considered to be a tough competition between Roma and The Favoret for 2019. Now when the award is to be announced then let me tell you how and where the start of these awards came. The most interesting story is that of the first Oscar award winner. It was officially won by the first Oscar German artist Emil Jannings. Later Emil worked for German dictator Hitler and made many publicity films for the Nazi government. But Jainings were not entitled before this award.
This award was won by a dog from the German Shepherd breed, named Rio Tin Tin. This dog was first rescued in France during World War I. In 1918, a young American Air Force soldier had saved Rio in France.
Rio Tin Tin became well-known in Hollywood and has worked in 27 films. Four of these were released in 1929 only. In one of these, the award committee deserves the Oscars for his fantastic acting.
Meanwhile, Louis Meyer, the first president of the Academy, felt that if the first Oscars were given to a dog, then a good message would not be sent. After which the award committee was asked to vote again. Then German actor Emil Jannings got the first Oscars.
