Beijing: A tragic explosion happened in a chemical factory in northern China on Wednesday.
22 people were killed and 22 others were injured due to the horrific explosion in a chemical plant in Hebei province.
On Wednesday morning, people who were injured due to the blast have been admitted to the hospital, some of them are reported to be critical.
According to officials in Zhangjiakou City, the blast occurred near Hebei Shenghua Chemical Industry Company Limited.
Due to the blast, 38 trucks and 12 other vehicles were burnt to ashes in the fire.
The explosion was so terrible that the ashes of the truck were scattered all over the road.
Although the cause of the accident has not been ascertained, investigations and rescue operations are continuing at the spot.
The propaganda department said.”On-site search and rescue work and investigation of the cause of the accident are still underway.”
