Late separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani’s grandson, Anees-ul-Islam, who was employed as Research Officer in Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre, was on Saturday fired by the J&K administration.

Anees was fired for allegedly supporting terrorism in J&K, PTI reported quoting officials. A government order said his actions were such that they “warranted his dismissal from service”.
