Chandigarh – Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted interim relief to Delhi based BJP leader Tajinder Bagga in a case registered against him in Cyber crime cell at Mohali by extending stay on his arrest.

CM announces single window in every district to facilitate investors

The 36 years old Bagga cannot be arrested till July 5 and next date of hearing of this case is fixed for July 6.

The single judge bench of Justice Anoop Chitkara has allowed the Punjab police to Bagga at his residence twice till the next date of hearing for  one hour each. The investigation has to be in presence of an IPS officer, the bench ordered.The Court has also directed the state not to file challan in the case till July 6.
