Lyricist Javed Akhtar on Monday took to Twitter and compared former US President Barack Obama to Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.

In the tweet, Akhtar argued how Obama, of Kenyan origin, had the right to contest the US presidential election, while Shah Jahan “was the 5th Gen in India” but still called a “foreigner”.
