Fatehgarh Sahib – Leader of Opposition in Vidhan Sabha Partap Singh Bajwa while attending ‘Beadabi Ijjlas’ (a parellel session on sacrilege ) organised by ‘Atthe Pehar Tehal Sewa Lehar’ at Toddar Mall Yaadgaari Hall assured to write a letter to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to put forward a demand to call special session on sacrilege issue.
Leader of opposition Partap Bajwa was the only legislative member present on the occasion out of 117 members who were given call to attend this parellel session to have elaborate debate on this sensitive issue.
It is pertinent to mention here, former IPS Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh who is MLA from Amritsar North has requested speaker in zero hour during the session to extend half an hour time period of the day’s proceedings and conduct a debate-discussion on the sacrilege issue.
