For proof, remember cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s wedding to Hazel Keech and how Angad Bedi was the perfect groomsman to Yuvi. From posting pictures with each other on social media to being publicly snapped at dinner outings, Angad and Yuvraj Singh were often papped together. However, looks like all’s not well in their paradise as recently, Angad Bedi opened up about his relationship with Yuvraj on wifey Neha Dhupia’s podcast show No Filter Neha.
Since Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia surprised a lot of friends and family by suddenly tying the knot, while some friends rejoiced this piece of news, it clearly didn’t go down well with others and to begin with, Yuvraj Singh was mighty upset with Angad. Talking on No Filter Neha, Angad said, “It was my fault and I say this very openly that I should’ve given him more time but then unfortunately for us the decision making was so sudden. He has his reasons to be upset and I really love him but if you want me to say what our relationship is right now, yes, it’s not the same and I hope in due course it does get better because I miss him. He is a dear friend of mine.”
As we all know, Neha Dhupia and Angad bedi’s Anand Karaj ceremony took place in a Gurudwara in South Delhi and was only attended by close family members. The couple got married in a hush-hush affair on May 10, 2018 and few months later, i.e. on August 24, 208, the couple took to social media to announce their pregnancy. Angad Bedi posted an uber cute picture with wifey on social media to announce their wedding and the caption, “Best friend.. now Wife!!! Well hello there Mrs BEDI!!! @nehadhupia,” had us all emotional and excited.
But talking about his souring relationship with Yuvraj Singh, Angad admitted that their relationship is not the same right now and the Soorma actor hopes that they bury the hatchet soon. “My best friend did post an Instagram post very recently on Friendship Day and I read that post. Yuvi’s quote was something like, ‘Just my take on people and who I thought were friends, after the experience, I would like to say I love my dogs more’… It was something like that. I just thought it was a bit immature. But he is entitled to his opinion, so it’s fine,” Angad shared. After the nuptials, Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia had hosted a dinner party in Mumbai and although Yuvraj Singh was in attendance, we wonder when did things actually started to turn sour in their relationship?
