Canada – The members of Ontario Peel Police Professional Standard Bureau after a detailed investigation have charged Constable Sukhdev Singh Sangha , a Punjabi, with robbery stemming from off duty incident that occurred on January 29. The incident happened at Queen Mary Drive and Sandalwood Parkway in Brampton.
According to Ontario Police Services Act provisions , Sangha has charges of robbery and suspended with pay. Sangha will have to appear in Ontario Court of Justice Brampton on December 12.
Previously , Karanveer Sangha of Brampton , Jasmeen Bassi of Markham , Sukhdeep Khandola of Brampton were also charged with one count of robbery stemming from the same incident. They have already appeared before the court.
