For a long time people try every possible effort to strengthen their homes. Whether it is better to put a cement and thick ones. People have only one desire that even bigger earthquakes can not shake their home. But even then, the news of the fall of the roof of the house, the day the earthquake is coming, keeps coming. But the Nigerian youth have taken a unique break from it.
The people here are making their pearls filled with clay and pebbles in plastic bottles. Experts say that an earthquake of 7.3 could not shake these houses too. 3.5 lakhs are being spent in building a house.
Unemployment is increasing for the last 10 years in this country. In this way, the youth have taken out this method of disposal of plastic and employment. People here are making this water tank in this manner. Experts have said that the utility of these houses is that apart from avoiding earthquake, these homes will also be sustainable. This is because the plastic bottle takes 450 years to bloom.
The way to build houses is exactly like the houses of brick, cement and ballast. This process is not only environmentally friendly but also affordable. To make houses, the masonry is done by putting one of the bottles first on one, then they are tied to the Nylon rope. Raymond Martin, CEO of Quadro Eco Solutions Company, says that the cost of construction of 600 square feet is about Rs 3.5 lakhs.
Here the youth are getting employment from this work. The total population here is 19 million and plastic bottles are a major hindrance. Every year 3.2 ton garbage garbage comes from this country.
