Punjab Police today registered a case against Nishan Gill for making indecent remarks on social media against State Women Commission’s Chairperson Manisha Gulati at Civil Lines Police Station in Amritsar under non-bailable sections of IT Act.

Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Commission said that the aforesaid person was making indecent remarks on social media against the Chairperson, which was noticed by the Commission and today an FIR no. 164 has been registered against Nishan at Civil Lines Amritsar under Section 67 of the IT Act and section of 509 of IPC.
