Delhi – BJP leader Tajinder Singh Bagga has been rounded up by Punjab Police from his house in West Delhi. The Punjab Police informed Janakpuri Police Station before picking up Bagga.

BJP leaders in Delhi have claimed that around 50 policemen of Punjab police reached at Bagga residence early morning and picked him up.

BJP leader Kapil Mishra taking on his twitter account posted a video on his occurance and said that it was misuse of power. He alleged that Punjab police personnel were roaming around in Delhi. If the police would have been used to maintain law and order of Punjab. The incident happened at Patiala would have been avoided, Mishra said.

It is to inform here, the FIR is registered on the complaint of Aam Aadmi Party Spokesman Sunny Ahluwalia with Cyber Cell Mohali on April1. BJP leader Bagga has posts allegedly causing instigation/incitement/criminal intimidation to cause violence, use of force, imminent hurt in a predesigned and orchestrated manner by making/publishing provocative, false and communal inflammatory statements through his interview given to Media and through his posts on social media site Twitter.

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Balyan in a tweet indicates the arrest of Bagga over alleged  threat to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
