Chandigarh – National leader of Congress Rahul Gandhi visited village Musa to meet the family and pay condolences to grief stricken parents of late punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Rahul also paid floral tribute to the departed soul.

Rahul Gandhi reached Chandigarh by air and landed here in Chandigarh. Punjab Congress President Amrinder Raja Warring drove him to village Musa. The Leader of opposition Partap Bajwa, Former Deputy Chief Minister OP Soni and AICC incharge of Punjab Affairs Harish Chaudhary accompanied him. He spent around 50 minutes with the family at Moosewala’s native village Musa in Mansa.

The security was heightened up outside Moosawala house in the wake of Rahul Gandhi’s visit. After meeting the family, Rahul tweeted a post in hindi

Rahul said the pain and grief of the parents is difficult to describe in words. Its is our duty to bring them justice of the murder of their son and we will do so, Rahul writes.

He further writes the law and order situation in the state is totally broken and AAP cannot retain and maintain it, Rahul added.
