Chandigarh – Rakhi Gupta Bhandari, Senior IAS, presently posted as Principal Resident Commissioner at Punjab Bhawan New Delhi will now be shifting to her new appointment as Principal Secretary to Governor Punjab, Banwari Lal Purohit.
Punjab Government has issued an order regarding Rakhi Gupta Bhandari transfer. She will be replacing M Balamurugan , a 1994 batch IAS who was posted as Principal secretary to Governor till this fresh order of appointment issued by Punjab Government.
