Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Saturday said the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) “humiliated” her by spreading a “one-sided” narrative on her skipping the cyclone review meeting hosted by PM Narendra Modi yesterday.

“For the sake of people, I’m ready to touch your (PM’s) feet. Stop this political vendetta,” said Banerjee. She added, “Don’t insult me like this, don’t defame Bengal.”
