Moscow: Russia foreign ministry said it was expelling 36 diplomats from Belgium and Netherlands ‘persona non grata’ countries. This decision has been taken against in retaliation for same steps taken against Moscow’s foreign envoys over the military of Kremlin campaign in Ukraine.
