Madhya Pradesh’s Home Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra on Sunday warned fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee to take down the “objectionable” mangalsutra advertisement within 24 hours.

“If it isn’t removed within 24 hours… a case will be registered against Mukherjee,” Mishra said. “The yellow part of mangalsutra stands for Parvati, while the black part represents Shiv,” the minister added.
