Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao came forward to help a child who was forced to beg as his mother was unwell.

A Twitter user had shared the picture and location of the boy while seeking help, following which Rao replied that his office “will take care”. The boy was rescued and admitted to a shelter, the state’s WCD department informed.
