New Delhi: India on Tuesday announced their 15-member squad for the World Test Championship (WTC) final against New Zealand on Friday. The New Zealand team also announced its squad for the WTC final on Tuesday. The BCCI announced the squad on Twitter on Tuesday. The board has two wicketkeepers in the 15-member squad, Rishabh Pant and Wriddhiman Saha. Apart from this, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja have also been included in the squad.

The fast bowlers include Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, Mohammad Shami, Umesh Yadav and Mohammad Siraj, while the batsmen include Rohit Sharma, Shubhaman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, skipper Virat Kohli, vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane and Hanuma Viha. Mayank Agarwal, Akshar Patte, Washington Sundar, Shadrul Thakur and Lokesh Rahul have been left out of the squad for the England tour. Among them, Patel and Sundar Bharat were part of the previous Test team, which was played against England in Ahmedabad in March.
