Zomato has confirmed its $100 million investment in grocery delivery startup Grofers and said it will soon launch a grocery section on its app.

The company also informed that its IPO will open on July 14 and close on July 16. Zomato said that it’ll use up to 25% of the money raised through IPO for general corporate purposes.
