Mumbai: Singer Mohammad Aziz, who has one super hit singer in the 80’s and 90’s, died of a heart attack Tuesday morning.
Mohammed Aziz, who breathed his last at the age of 64, had gone to Kolkata in connection with the show last night and on Tuesday evening he reached Mumbai at 4 pm.
After feeling unconscious at the Mumbai airport, he was immediately taken to the hospital.
The doctors declared him dead, after completing all tests.
Aziz was from West Bengal. They had the love of singing since childhood and they were the big fan of Mohammed Rafi.
To make a career in singing, Aziz came to Mumbai in 1984 and started his career.
In the Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Mard’ (1985), he sang the song “Mard Tangwala”, which was composed by Anu Malik.
After that Aziz never looked back and worked with every major music composer of the industry.
In Aziz’s long career, he sang many superhit songs. He was a well-known name in the Hindi, Bengali, and Oria film industries.
He also sang Anil Kapoor’s super hit song ‘My Name is Lakhan’.
Muhammad is not with us today but his voice will always be alive in the people.
