New Delhi – The Ambassdor of Cuba in India Alejandro Simonacus Marin giving a big statement on Ukraine crisis, said the crisis needs to be viewed from the prospective that it has emerged out of threat preception posed for the expansion of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation).
Talking to media at Press Club of India he said Cuba has a clear stand to protect International Law.He further said that Ukraine facing war is the result of threat posed by expansion of NATO periphery to the borders of Russia.
He said that Russia Ukraine conflict has hit economy. Inflation rate has increased in some countries and many others are facing war effects. Ukraine has been damaged and effected the most. He further said that the war has hurt Ukraine from all sides. He said that Cuba encourages peace and not war. It is possible only through dialogue, he added.
