New Delhi/UP: Between UP elections- 2022, Lakhimpur Kheri case is rising again and again. Now, relatives of the victims have reached the Supreme Court against the bail which was granted to Ashish Mishra who is the son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni in this case.

Family has demanded to the Supreme Court to cancel the bail of Ashish Mishra. Accused Ashish Mishra has been granted bail by the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court in the past. It was only after the bail was granted that the families of the deceased farmers opposed the decision and asked to challenge the order.
