New Delhi – Anti Corruption Branch Delhi raided at various locations including the house of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan. In a latest information , MLA Amanatullah Khan has been arrested by Anti Corruption Branch in two year old case of alleged irregularities in the recruitments of Waqf Board.
The AAP MLA was issued notice by ACB for questioning on Thursday. On Friday, ACB conducted multiple raids at different locations including the house if the MLA Amanatullah Khan. During raid, an illegal weapon has been recovered from, Hamid Ali Khan , the close aide of MLA Amanatullah Khan and Rs. 12 lakh in cash is also recovered.
The MLA from Okhla was summoned by the investigation agency at 12.00 pm Friday in connection with the corruption case registered in year 2020.
Amanalluah Khan who is the chairman of the Waqf Board taking on his twitter account said he had been summoned by ACB for building a new Waqf Board office.
