It may be recalled that Captain Amarinder Singh had last month set-up the Covid-19 Relief Fund and appealed to one and all to donate generously.

Saluting the front line heroes for putting their own lives at risk in line of duty, Chahal said all the doctors & health-care givers, police personnel, media fraternity and the complete administration engaged in ensuring relief to people deserve our fulsome praise and gratitude.
It is the duty of each one of us today to complement state efforts in saving lives of our people, Chahal further added.
