Afghanistan’s Ambassador in India Farid Mamundzay tweeted about his interaction with an Indian doctor, who refused to take any fee from him.

“The doctor said I can’t do much for Afghanistan, that’s why I won’t charge my brother,” Mamundzay said. Responding to his tweets, PM Narendra Modi said this incident, shared by Mamundzay, represents the fragrance of India-Afghanistan relations.
