Mohali – Two policemen including a gunman of Singer Gurkirat Aulakh are nabbed by anti drug Special Task Force in Mohali.
According to police information, Two policemen are arrested with 5 gm of heroine and Rs.19000 cash money . One of the arrested senior constable Dalbir Singh is listed as gunman of singer Gurkirat Aulakh. The other arrested policeman is constable Iqbal Singh posted at Matour police station, Mohali. It is alleged that the two arrested policemen had extorted the money from a person who possessed the contraband.
According to the FIR , both the policemen posed as STF team members and they raided a person who possesed heroine and extorted money money from him and let him off. A case has been registered against the arrested persons under relevant sections of NDPS act and Prevention of Corruption Act.
