Chandigarh – Former Health Minister in present Aam Aadmi Party Government in Punjab, Vijay Singla is granted bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court today.
It is to recall, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had sacked his own cabinet minister for allegedly taking one percent cut in tender allotment and purchase of goods relating to his own department. The case was registered under corruption charges and singla was arrested and sent to jail.
Whereas Singla after his arrest and in police custody said he has worked with utmost honesty in his department. Ge said has full faith in his government , party, police and judiciary. He said he would come clean out of this case.
