Chandigarh – Taking decision on the security personnel deployed in VIP security, a notice has been issued to cut down the security of big leaders.

The list includes the name of Member Parliament and Akali leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal , Senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister Rajinder Kaur Bhathal and former Deputy Chief Minister OP Soni, former Punjab Congress President Sunil Jakhar, Ex-Cabinet Minister Vijay Inder Singla. It also includes the name of former MLAs Parminder Singh Pinky , Navtej Singh Cheema and Kewal Singh Dhillon.

The official statement says its 127 police personnel in number who are called back and 9 vehicles which were alloted in VIP security. Now, all this force and vehicles would be deputed in public services.
