New Delhi/Mumbai: Former Indian Army chief General SF Rodrigues (retd) passes away today. He was 88 years old. Rodrigues was born in Bombay in the year of 1933. As per the information, he was appointed as the Chief of the Indian Army in 1990. He was on this post for 3 years. After that he was appointed as the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
