Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait on Sunday said, “The Centre is not being run by a political party but a company.”

He added, “That is why no discussion is being held.” Tikait further said, “They (the government) are putting a condition by saying that they will not repeal the farm laws but are ready for discussion.”
